Shannon Brandfass, Physician`s Assistant Shannon L. Brandfass, PA-C, Certified Physician Assistant Shannon, Graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in the Health Sciences from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa. There she was a member of the Student Association of Physician Assistants, Member and Vice-President of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, and a Dean's List student eight consecutive semesters. She also received her Master of Physician Assistant from Duquesne. Her education included one year of clinical externships in multiple specialties including: family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, ER, general surgery and orthopedic surgery. Her Clinical Experience includes working with Dr. Robert W. Kelly of Tarentum, Pa. in General Surgery, Health Works, the occupational health clinic at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Pa., and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital's Department of Neurological Surgery in Pittsburgh, PA. Shannon currently holds certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, State Licensure for Pennsylvania and Tennessee, DEA registration and Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers in addition to her Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.

Julie Beth Boyd, Advanced Practice Nurse Julie Beth Boyd, Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (NP) Julie Beth, a native of Cookeville, graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.S. in Nursing. She received her advanced graduate degree in the Acute/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Program from Emory University. Her Nurse Externship was served in the Labor and Delivery, Postpartum Nursery of Cookeville Regional Medical Center, where she also served as a Registered Nurse in its Inpatient Rehab Center, and as a Critical Care Nurse in the Center's Medical Intensive Care Unit. She has also served as the Camp Nurse at Camp Country Lad in Monterey, and as the School Nurse at Northeast Elementary School in Cookeville. Her Nurse Practitioner Clinical experience also includes The Cardiovascular Group in Atlanta, GA, Tennessee Heart of Cookeville, Highland Rim Respiratory Specialists and the Upper Cumberland Otolaryngology of Cookeville specializing in Ear, Nose, and Throat; Facial and Plastic Surgery. Julie Beth completed her preceptorship under Thomas Rodenberg, M.D. demonstrating proficiency in the field of Ankle Blocks, Knee Injections, Facet and Medial Branch injections. She currently holds certification in Advanced Clinical Life Support, DEA registration and Tennessee State Licensure.

Jeff Cornelius, R.T. (R) JEFFERY D. CORNELIUS, R.T.(R) Jeff graduated from MedVance Institute in Cookeville with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology. Hailing from Tompkinsville Kentucky, he has served and worked with other health care professionals at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage and Riverpark Hospital in McMinnville. Prior to entering health care, Jeff worked with Belden Wire and Cable Company in Tompkinsville. His passion is his family, his hobby is four-wheeling and his interest is computing.
