If you are coming from the west on I-40 as from Lebanon: Take the 286 exit (Star Motor Inn) and turn left on Willow Ave (state Hwy 135). Proceed north to the Jackson Street intersection (Walgreen’s & CVS Pharmacies) turn right, pass through the next traffic light intersection (Scott Ave.). Our office is immediately on the right.
If you are coming from the east on I-40 as from Crossville: Take exit 286 (first exit past Cracker Barrel/McDonald’s) and turn Right on Willow Ave (state Hwy 135). Proceed north to the Jackson Street intersection (Walgreen’s & CVS Pharmacies) turn right, pass through the next traffic light intersection (Scott Ave.). Our office is immediately on the right.
If you are coming from the south on highway 111 as from Sparta: Exit Hwy 111 left onto Interstate-40 West. If you are coming from the north on highway 56 as from Gainesboro: Take Highway 56 south to the intersection of Highway 70 and turn left (east). Turn right at the four lane traffic light intersection of West Jackson Street (Pippin Road). Proceed thru the Willow Avenue intersection (Walgreen’s on the right). Pass thru the next traffic light intersection at the top of the hill (Scott Street). We will be the first office on the right.
